I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with your catering at my daughter’s wedding. We heard nothing but compliments about the food and the service! My husband has never cared for sandwiches of any kind, but most especially things like chicken salad (if he eats a sandwich it’ll be ham or turkey and cheese with no veggies!), but he loved the chicken salad! Huge praise indeed!
The arrangement of the food was beautiful! The veggies and fruit trays were a work of art! The paper goods looked so nice! I thought it was china until I picked it up! Such a nice touch for an event such as a wedding. I really had no idea what to expect since I’ve never been to The Daily Dish before and just had to trust that you would do a good job. I was not disappointed!
I really appreciate you taking care of the punch (especially since I never shared the recipe!) and “manning” the cake tables as well. You also saved the day when the groom accidentally hit Jillian’s arm, spilling purple punch on the dress! Several people commented on how fast you were and how shocked they were that you got the stain out. I missed the whole thing! I saw the toast but never saw the spill. God has a plan at times! I would have had a meltdown if I’d seen it!
